  1. It’s amazing how many things a lace gown can “pick up!”

I just can’t get enough of your wedding pictures, even though little moments that are captured, like this…you still look elegant, graceful and beautiful! Off to check out the Coffee Date Thursday now! Yay! :)

I had a lace gown also…and we had photos in my family’s shearing shed, throughout our farm in potato fields and at the local sheep saleyards. Needless to say I gave up pretty early trying to keep my lace train pristine! And then it started BUCKETING rain and thunder and lightning, got very, very wet and muddy. Luckily I had changed into my cowboy boots (naturally) and just stomped around a bit in the mud! You should’ve seen my dress the next day!!!
I got an ice cream truck as a surprise and wedding gift for my ice cream obsessed husband to arrive at the church after the ceremony. I was waiting for the look of amazement and happiness on his face…but he thought the ice cream guy had turned up to make money off our wedding and got angry! I had to explain it all to him and he still took awhile to ‘get it’. The moment was totally lost! hahahaha

Classic. I remember my stilettos getting caught. That’s something people don’t tell ya!

  7. YIKES! I totally love @emma’s notion to just go with the flow no matter what. Love it that she just “stomped around in her cowboy boots” when it started raining. Perfect!
